Orders received by 10 am PST are processed the same business day. You will receive an order confirmation email with scheduled dispatched date. Orders for in-stock items be dispatched the next business day. Please review below for out of stock or made to order items.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $100+ or more for all domestic (within United States) orders.  Free returns are provided on all domestic orders. For international orders see our rates listed below.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We offer a couple of shipping options to our customers, such as Fedex, UPS, DHL. The shipping method you choose does not affect how fast your orders get processed. We try to ship all in-stock orders on the next business day ( Statutory Holiday excluded). In some situations however it may take up to 5 days to process and ship your order. If this is the case we will let you know by e-mail before we process your order.

SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES (FOR ITEMS IN STOCK)

If we are carrying the products in stock, then orders received by 10 am PST are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 10 am PST are shipped the following business day.* Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
